Johana Solal

Johana Solal is a multidisciplinary artist and traveling chef based in France. Trained in textile design at the École Duperré in Paris, she spent over ten years working with major fashion and luxury houses, including Maison Chanel – Lemarié. There, she developed a deep appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship and traditional know-how.

In 2018, driven by a desire to explore a new form of expression, she made a bold shift into the culinary world and earned her professional cooking diploma. This transition allowed her to rediscover her creativity and passion for creating meaningful experiences.

Today, Johana combines her background in design, painting, and gastronomy to craft unique culinary projects rooted in artistic vision and sustainability. As an itinerant chef, she collaborates closely with local artisans and producers in each region she visits, highlighting exceptional ingredients and ethical practices.

Her work is guided by strong human values, environmental awareness, and a sincere drive to connect disciplines. Whether on a plate or a canvas, she seeks to create moments of beauty, honesty, and freedom.
